Virtual – Work From Home

We are looking for a Virtual Travel Support professional to assist clients with their travel needs in a fully remote, work-from-home environment. In this role, you will provide guidance, manage travel-related requests, and help ensure clients feel informed and supported before, during, and after their trips.

• Provide virtual support to clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Assist with travel bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
• Share clear information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
• Track upcoming travel and proactively communicate with clients when necessary
• Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or virtual support roles preferred
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, virtual environment
• Willing and able to learn booking systems and digital tools
• Enthusiastic about travel and helping others travel with confidence
