Transfer Agent

Position: Warm Transfer Agent
Looking for Warm Transfer Agents who are excited, positive, and self-motivated. This is a WORK-FROM-HOME position and you must be comfortable with a script. The service centers make an average of 80-100 OUTBOUND calls per hour, and you will be asking qualifying questions and transferring the callers to various insurance carriers who will attempt to provide the caller with the best suited policies based on their needs.

Must remain enthusiastic and professional and truly enjoy the challenge! You must be flexible in your schedule to work a shift any time between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays if needed. This is a full time, temp to hire position paying $17/hr must have a dedicated office space, minimum internet speed requirements, and provide your own equipment during training.
