Reservations Specialist

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a luxury travel business who are recruiting a German Speaking Reservations Specialist to join their team.

As German Speaking Reservations Specialist you will manage customer bookings to ensure every aspect of the customer's journey is perfectly arranged. You will work across a range of destinations, with a focus on German-speaking clients, converting enquiries into confirmed itineraries, delivering exceptional client service, and building long-term relationships. You will collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to maintain up-to-date destination knowledge and represent the brand as a trusted advisor for customers.

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Passion for travel and ideally knowledge of active, adventure destinations
• Experience in reservations, travel operations, or customer-facing roles
• Confident and professional manner, able to build trust and loyalty with clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

• Hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the Glasgow office and 2 days working from home
