In this role, you'll work closely with clients to design, book, and manage travel experiences that match their unique preferences. Whether its a family vacation, a business trip, or a luxury getaway, you'll ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Provide ongoing support and solutions for clients before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed on travel policies, promotions, and industry trends

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service, sales, or travel experience is a plus (not required)
