Customer Service Representative

Overview

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management.

You will work closely with a team of customer service representatives and report to the Customer Service Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office.
• Soft skills:

A degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
