Location: Remote (must reside in Scottsdale, AZ)
Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00/hour
Schedule: 20 hours/week | 2 days/week | 8 hours/day
Contract End Date: July 31, 2026
Potential for Hire: Yes, within 3–6+ months based on business needs
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Success Representative to support customers during weekend hours. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping consumers, thrives in a remote environment, and is available for consistent weekend shifts.
Training Schedule (Required)Remote training: Monday–Friday, February 9–13, 2026
Full attendance required (no gaps)
Weekend Shift Options (Must be able to work one)- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Saturday & Sunday:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST - Saturday & Sunday:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST
- Provide timely, professional support to consumers
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
- Meet performance and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Scottsdale, AZ
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability for required training and consistent weekend shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
