Position: B2B Service Specialist (Remote Opportunity)

We are seeking enthusiastic customer service specialists to join our team. In this role, B2B Service Specialists play a critical part in delivering exceptional support to travel advisors across all ALGV brands by providing personalized, high-quality service.

This position is responsible for exceeding service expectations, resolving complex reservation issues with efficiency and accuracy, and building trusted relationships that strengthen customer loyalty. The B2B Specialist also helps drive increased market share and contributes directly to overall profitability. Successful team members consistently deliver industry-leading support that reinforces long-term brand loyalty and positions ALGV as the preferred partner for our most valued travel advisors.

Position

Responsibilities
  • Provide service and escalation support for top accounts through making complex bookings and assisting with modifications to previously booked reservations.
  • Communicate and uphold policies while also fulfilling travel advisor expectations.
  • Provide first call resolution.
  • Increase vacation values by offering upgrades that enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize multiple systems and provide education and support to travel advisors on all booking systems.
  • Focus on problem resolution and sales skills with attention to detail to maintain profitability.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Training for this position begins on Monday, March 16th, 2026. This is a full‑time, closing shift position. Schedules are not permanent and are bid on once a year based on performance. Colleagues are expected to work (1) weekend day but are given a day off during the week, not all schedules will have consecutive days off.

Experience Required
  • Computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to navigate the internet
Experience Preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

The hourly pay for this position starts at $19.50. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
