• Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
• Address general billing inquiries and resolve account issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and direct customers to appropriate teams when necessary
• Clearly explain billing charges and answer related questions
• Meet compliance, quality assurance standards, and monthly performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in first-party collections (non-A/R)
• Customer service experience in a remote setting
• Proficient in multi-computer screen navigation and negotiation skills
• Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in car loan, financial, and credit card collections
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask with various computer programs
