This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves planning, has an eye for detail, and enjoys helping others create unforgettable journeys — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Trip Planning & Design: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and travel goals, then create customized itineraries that meet or exceed their expectations.

Booking Management: Coordinate and manage reservations for transportation, lodging, tours, excursions, and other travel services.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing updates, answering questions, and handling any trip changes or emergencies.

Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with travel suppliers and service providers to secure the best experiences and rates for your clients.

Documentation: Prepare and deliver complete travel documents, including itineraries, booking confirmations, travel tips, and destination information.

Quality Assurance: Double-check all trip details to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Travel Expertise: Stay informed about travel trends, restrictions, and destination insights to better guide and advise clients.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.

Proficient with online booking tools and comfortable using digital communication platforms.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from a remote setting.

A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips.

Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.

What We Offer:

100% remote opportunity with flexible work hours.

Access to industry-leading travel training and certifications.

Exclusive travel perks and discounts.

A collaborative, supportive team environment focused on growth and success.
