• Job Responsibilities:
  
  Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and effective customer service communication
• Follow up on calls to resolve issues, document messages, and handle transfers as necessary
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up on missed appointments
• Triage calls to determine the nature of inquiries and escalate as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and document call logs

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Call Center Representative in a fast-paced medical or community mental health environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to handle difficult clients with professionalism and care

• Experience in an outpatient client environment
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong detail-oriented and multitasking skills
• Positive demeanor with a passion for the mission and values of the employer
• Willingness to travel to the Bronx clinic for a 30-day onsite training period
