- Manage booking logistics and special requests with accuracy and care.
- Provide clients with up-to-date travel information, safety guidance, and family travel insights.
- Build lasting relationships through personalized service and consistent client follow-up.
- Experience in travel advising, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with online booking and research tools.
- Basic computer literacy required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
