We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Remote Travel Concierge. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy curating unique travel experiences, assisting clients with customized arrangements, and providing top-level customer care all from the comfort of home.

• Design and book tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travels
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and travel goals
• Assist with modifications, special requests, and problem resolution
• Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or concierge services is an advantage (not required)
