Customer Support Advisor (German & English Speaker). Remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.
About the roleWe are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist users of a major global digital platform across multiple support channels.
Responsibilities- Support users with technical questions, account and login issues, subscription-related inquiries, and content or service guidance.
- Provide support through a combination of Calls, Chat, Email, and Social Media
. - You will not handle two live or two offline channels at the same time.
