A leading customer service provider is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Turkey. You will provide support to customers through inbound calls, handling inquiries about returns and complaints, while ensuring excellent service. A dedicated training period of 2 weeks online is required, with rotating shifts, ensuring Sundays off and one variable day.
