As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) based in the MENA region to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer inquiries via email, chat, or other digital channels
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to questions related to services, campaigns, or accounts
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, project management, and technical teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate updates, feedback, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with Pulse

Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in remote or digital customer support is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines
Tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or customer support platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable using email, chat tools, and online collaboration platforms
Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting healthcare, medical, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) best practices
  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with international or multicultural clients
