A major automotive service provider in Thurrock is offering a 12-month fixed-term role in their contact centre. As a Contact Centre Representative, you will support both retail and commercial clients, manage telephony-based enquiries, and engage in proactive outreach to enhance customer retention. Ideal candidates will have prior service and sales experience, confidence with Microsoft software, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
This hybrid role allows for office and home working after the probation period.
