Location: Greater London

About Us: Kaiser is a small UK team within a larger international company, specializing in the sale of premium kitchen appliances. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a smart, professional, and ambitious individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily be based at our London Showroom in Chelsea, with occasional work-from-home days.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role combines customer service with sales activities, so reliability and professionalism are key.
  • Handle sales and customer service inquiries, including delivery updates, stock availability, and basic technical questions.
  • Provide clear and accurate communication regarding deliveries, stock, and order status to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Update tracking information and liaise with customers and trade accounts to maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with our distribution network and respond promptly to inquiries through all sales channels.
  • Offer exceptional customer service both in-person at the showroom and virtually via Zoom.
  • Participate in occasional remote workdays while upholding the same high standards.
  • This position is based at our Chelsea showroom, with occasional work-from-home days.
  • Local candidates with easy access to the showroom will be at an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Confidence in clearly and effectively communicating with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium product industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a showroom environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or order management software is advantageous.

Additional Information:

· Two-Stage Interview:
The first stage is via Zoom. The second stage will be in person from our showroom.

· Salary range: £22,000 to £25,000 per year.
