Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We are proud to serve over nine million clients and value diverse perspectives.
We’ll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing:
- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- Independent work with a backing team of thousands
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience
- Assist with account opening, transfers, documentation, and maintaining accurate client records
- Perform administrative tasks, scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives

- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support the internal client support team. - Account Management:
Learn the financial services industry, manage account openings, transfers, requests, and maintain accurate client records under advisor direction. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction, handle scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support; update SOPs and support branch business planning. - Technology:
Proficient computer literacy with willingness to learn Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.

- Disposition to share success with associates through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance
- Hiring Minimum: $21.38 per hour;
