We’re hiring Remote Pharmacy Technicians licensed in Illinois to support a top healthcare client. This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

• Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web.
• Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues.
• Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training).
• Active PTCB or ExCPT certification (must provide before interview).
• Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI.
• 2 to4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (U.S.
  
  -based).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Stable wired internet connection.
• USB-wired headset.
• PC with minimum specs: 1.8GHz+, 8GB RAM, 10GB free space, Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.

• Training:
  Starts mid April, 2026 for 6 weeks, Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 4 PM CST ($18/hour).
• Production:
  Mon to Fri, 10 AM to 6 PM CST ($20/hour).
• 30 up to 40 hours/week. Schedule assigned automatically.
