- Managing schedules, coordinating travel details, and confirming reservations
- Booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, tours, and excursions
- Offering helpful insights on weather, customs, local culture, and required travel documents
- Troubleshooting and making alternative arrangements as needed
- Keeping client records organized and up to date
- No experience necessary — we provide full training
- IATA / IATAN & CLIA Travel Credentials available after training
