Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh!

As a Concierge RSR, you’ll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You’ll partner closely with Sales Representatives to provide personalized communication and ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
• Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations

After completing training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule:

• 2 days remote (work from home)
• 3 days in the office (Murrysville)

• 1+ years customer service
• Solid and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office software
• High attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

  In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
