Member Services Coordinator
Our partner is looking to hire a Member Services Coordinator to support and resolve member communication while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
This remote role has both data entry and customer service components. It will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort using digital tools like Microsoft Office and the company database.
The pay for this role is $20/hour which includes paid training.
This role requires some on‑site training in the office located in Hingham, MA but it is primarily remote, and equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities:- Manage and document member communication in a case management system
- Communicate resolutions clearly via phone and written correspondence
- Research and resolve service issues while meeting compliance timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and elevate complex cases as needed
- One year in a role with experience in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency and confidence working with digital tools and databases.
- Strong writing skills and comfort explaining detailed information
- Must have a wired internet connection and quiet space for this remote work set‑up
