What to Expect- Provide customer support for utility customers focused on energy efficiency
- Navigate multiple platforms to schedule visits, enroll customers, and offer program education
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to support scripts and guidelines
- Assist with tech inquiries and provide online support and status updates
- Maintain personal performance data and progress in real-time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum typing speed of 35+ WPM
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality record, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly in inbound/outbound sales
- Sales-oriented approach with a focus on customer service satisfaction
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a "How can I help you?" mindset
