What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary contact throughout the customer post-sales lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and measurable success plans
  • Collaborate with senior account stakeholders to implement customer strategies and roadmaps effectively
  • Identify and promote opportunities for emerging solutions to enhance creativity and productivity
  • Partner with Strategic Development to create targeted adoption strategies and boost user engagement
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and improvements to enhance customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in technology success or services
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customer accounts
  • Deep understanding of enterprise visual communication challenges and opportunities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the design or creative industry
  • Knowledge of software within the digital marketing and/or digital media space
  • Strong program management skills within large organizations
  • Experience leading executive-level discussions and presentations
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 20%
