Assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences.

Share expert knowledge on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions.

Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation with accuracy.

Provide ongoing communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.

Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
