The position is located in Belgrade, but also remote-friendly anywhere from Serbia.
Join our Customer Care and Onboarding team of +100 people where you will manage a portfolio of German Qonto business customers. Your primary role is to assist entrepreneurs in seamlessly opening accounts and incorporating their new companies. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Conducting Know Your Business (KYB) Verification: Collect and meticulously review incorporation documents to ensure the legitimacy of the business. This involves validating the company s registration details, ownership structure, and operational information.
- Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks: Obtain and verify identification documents, such as passports, from legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
- Streamlining the onboarding experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the account opening experience, making it as smooth and efficient as possible for new clients.
- Guiding clients through the onboarding process: Provide clear and supportive guidance to clients throughout the account opening and company incorporation process.
