Remote Appointment Setter – Health & Wellness; Part-Time; Remote + Hybrid

Rainbow Wellness is expanding and looking for part-time Remote Appointment Setters to join our wellness-focused marketing team. This position is a great fit for homeowners and family-focused individuals who appreciate a healthy home environment. Since our products are made for homes and families, we value team members who relate to that lifestyle and can speak to other homeowners with authenticity.

• Follow up with provided leads and inbound inquiries
• Speak with homeowners about the importance of indoor air quality
• Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our field representatives
• Use provided scripts, systems, and support tools

• No cold calling
• Fully remote role with optional hybrid access
• Part-time flexibility
• Hybrid Work Option (Orlando, FL) – Although this role is built for remote workers, qualified appointment setters are welcome to work from our Orlando marketing office. Those who choose to may make calls from our office environment, work alongside our marketing team, and participate in office contests and marketing events. This option is not required but available for those who enjoy in-person collaboration or structured work spaces.

• Strong communication skills

• Customer service, scheduling, or marketing experience is a plus
• Individuals with home ownership experience often relate to our customers, leading to more effective scheduling outcomes

• Pay per qualified appointment scheduled
• 020 additional incentive when appointments result in a sale

This is a structured, performance-based role and not commission-only.
