French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Experience:
  
  At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience or a similar role.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Tech Savvy:
  Familiarity with customer support platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
• Problem-Solver:
  You remain calm and focused, even in high-pressure situations.
• E-Commerce Know-How:
  Experience with E-commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

• Internet: A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
