What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide exceptional customer support to utility customers regarding energy efficiency programs
  • Navigate multiple platforms to assist with customer service, visit scheduling, enrollment, and tech support
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while adhering to support scripts and guidelines
  • Engage with customers through chat and email interactions as needed
  • Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms
  • Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
