What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as the primary Customer Success Manager (CSM) for approximately 100 assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customer points of contact and manage challenging situations to resolution
  • Guide customers in maximizing their business value through the Service Titan platform and develop comprehensive value plans
  • Conduct proactive outreach to understand customer goals and ensure their needs are met
  • Monitor account health and address potential churn risks by engaging with customers before issues escalate
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively work in a remote environment
  • Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in project management and sales
  • Knowledge of data or business performance analytics
  • Familiarity with operational use of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau
  • Proficiency in Service Titan workflows and best practices
  • Ability to work PST/MST hours
