- Act as the primary Customer Success Manager (CSM) for approximately 100 assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact
- Maintain long-term relationships with customer points of contact and manage challenging situations to resolution
- Guide customers in maximizing their business value through the Service Titan platform and develop comprehensive value plans
- Conduct proactive outreach to understand customer goals and ensure their needs are met
- Monitor account health and address potential churn risks by engaging with customers before issues escalate
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to effectively work in a remote environment
- Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Experience in project management and sales
- Knowledge of data or business performance analytics
- Familiarity with operational use of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau
- Proficiency in Service Titan workflows and best practices
- Ability to work PST/MST hours
