What’s a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You’ll be:
  • Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Evaluating customer situations, making informed decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Performing data entry and utilizing basic computer skills to navigate systems effectively.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment (must have).
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision‑making skills.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
