What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide exceptional customer support to utility customers focused on energy efficiency
  • Handle multiple programs and platforms for customer service, visit scheduling, enrollment, and technical support
  • Navigate and utilize various support scripts and guides during customer interactions
  • Engage with customers through phone calls, chat, and email as required
  • Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality

  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
