About the Role
Our health insurance client is expanding their team ahead of Open Enrollment and is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support their Medicare member call line. These associates will assist members by answering questions, reviewing benefits, and helping them navigate Medicare plans with patience, clarity, and empathy.
This position is fully remote, taking inbound calls only (typically 50‑70 per day, with 70 being the high end).
