HYBRID Member Service Representative

Overview

TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Dallas, TX. This is a remote position for residents within 60 miles of North Richland Hills.

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding the company's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, collections, banking).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

• Multiple shifts available; must be open to work between 2:00pm – 3:30am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. This is a hybrid position in North Richland Hills, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
