• Act as a Brand Ambassador, providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries via incoming phone calls
• Provide critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process orders and enter data into the order entry system
• Track customer packages and perform additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment (contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues independently
• Ability to work a set schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection

• Experience working remotely in a customer service role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of urgency
• Familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments
• Ability to meet the employer's work from home guidelines and expectations
• Experience in a performance-driven environment
