As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, chat, and/or email support to assist customers with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and general support needs.

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and/or email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, billing issues, product support, and troubleshooting.
• Follow company guidelines and scripts to handle various customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using provided systems.
• Adhere to quality and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work independently while following training and ongoing support guidelines.

• Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Reliable computer (Windows or Mac) and high-speed internet connection.
