Customer Care Advisor (Temporary - Spring Season)

Flexible Hours | Work from Home (after training) | Approx. 20 hours per week | 15‑week assignment starting mid‑March

Are you looking for a flexible, part‑time role where you can provide exceptional customer support from home? We're seeking two Temporary Customer Care Advisors to join a friendly, customer‑focused team during the busy Spring season. This role offers the perfect blend of structured training followed by remote working once you're fully up to speed.

You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email, ensuring each interaction is handled promptly, accurately and with a warm, professional approach. If you enjoy helping customers, take pride in attention to detail, and feel confident navigating online systems, this could be an excellent fit.

Pay: £12.21 per hour plus holiday, pension and Adecco benefits.

• Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate and helpful information
• Use Shopify to review order details, issue refunds and create replacement orders
• Track parcels online and assist customers with delivery issues
• Provide a high standard of service and maintain a positive customer experience

• Fully computer literate
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in a customer‑focused role
• Professional and friendly phone manner
