Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Specialists
. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with vacation planning, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Provide destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
- Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
- No prior travel industry experience required, training and certification provided
