Position OverviewWe are looking for a Client Appointment Setter to join our remote team in the travel and hospitality sector. Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective clients and schedule travel planning appointments.
Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or online platforms.
Maintain appointment calendars and ensure accurate scheduling.
Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the Destination Knot brand.
Support travel specialists in the client consultation and booking process.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
