Overview
Insurance Premium Payment Associate — Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Must be able to work in multiple computer programs at a time and maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.

Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Must be able to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.
Education- High School Diploma
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- One (1) year of related experience in Healthcare Insurance, billing
- One (1) year of strong Customer Service experience
- Written and Verbal skills to support customer service goals
- Collections experience preferred but not required
- Detail oriented
