[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $22 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO - As a Customer Experience Associate at Garner Health, you will:
Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them navigate the Garner claims process;
Evaluate claims to determine whether they qualify for reimbursement;
Follow documented best practices for handling claims and communicating with members;
Triage and escalate complex and urgent member situations;
Achieve pre-defined goals for efficiency, responsiveness, and quality.
