Overview
Brand Ambassador role in a remote, home-based position with a flexible schedule and benefits. Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, delivering exceptional service to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries via incoming phone contacts
- Provide critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system
- Track customer packages and perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of computer systems and ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as required overtime during peak times
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a wired, high-speed Internet connection
- Experience in a contact center or retail environment is advantageous
- Salary up to $26.00 hourly
