What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services
  • Record all information accurately related to customer issues or accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies to achieve one-call resolution
  • Develop and implement tailored resolution plans for individual customer needs
  • Monitor and enforce company service programs to ensure compliance and address service trends
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer service processes and complaint handling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with company software
  • Schedule flexibility, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and overtime
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Oracle software
  • Proven ability to drive customer service programs and maintain customer satisfaction
