Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant to provide support to all our branches from our home office in Muskego, WI. As a Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant, you will be a crucial part of a company that strives to provide phenomenal service to each one of our customers. You will make a meaningful impact with every interaction you have with our customers, directly contributing to their satisfaction and the company's success. Your responsibilities would include:

• Customer Interaction & Sales: You will be a key communicator with our customers by answering incoming questions and concerns over the phone, email, and online chat using solutions-oriented and caring communication. You will also contact current and interested customers to establish long-term relationships. As a vital member of our team, you will look for sales opportunities for our services to fulfill our customers' needs and aspirations.
  
  Your goal is to help them create a haven where they can take pleasure in their beautiful lawn and landscape.
• Administrative Support: Supporting the growth of our 42 branches will be the core of your administrative responsibilities. Your attention to detail will shine by accurately entering, updating, and organizing customer data into our customer management software. Generating customer reports, processing customer payments, and making bank deposits will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will send and print letters and statements to our customers via regular mail.
  
  Primarily in the winter months, you will make phone calls to our customers to ensure they are signed up for upcoming services.
• Other Tasks: As a Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant you will have the opportunity to assist with office cleaning, department managers, and make deliveries to the local post office or UPS store.

In this role, you will work a varying schedule, as it will require some Saturday hours, and may occasionally need some Sunday and evening hours. We will work with you to ensure all necessary hours are covered while maintaining a 5-day, 40-hour work week. Typically, your hours will be 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.

You don’t need to know everything about lawn care or the above topics, but having proficient typing skills will be helpful. If you’ve had previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate, those skills may help you excel quickly in this role.
