A leading watch company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Maryland. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries about orders and repairs in a fast-paced call center environment. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
This role offers an hourly rate of $18.50, access to a 401(k), and employee discounts on watches. Bilingual candidates and those with SAP experience are preferred.
