ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and confirm appointment times
Meet with members via phone or virtual sessions
Clearly explain benefit programs in easy-to-understand language
Assist clients with digital forms and applications
Keep accurate records and provide follow-up communication as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Professional work ethic and reliability
Effective time-management skills
No experience required — comprehensive training included
