Part-time Membership Coordinator

Outdoor Prolink is a members-only pro deal site serving over 270,000 outdoor, hunting, and fishing professionals across the U.S. and Canada. We are passionate about the outdoors and dedicated to supporting the professionals who work within it.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Membership Coordinator to join our Membership team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing new member applications, re-verifying existing members against our membership qualification criteria, and providing support to professionals during the membership application and renewal process using Zen Desk. This position has schedule flexibility but does require a consistent day-to-day workflow to ensure team alignment.

As a Part-Time Membership Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Application Review:
  Evaluate new member applications and re-verify existing members to ensure compliance with our membership qualification criteria.
• Member Support:
  Provide assistance to professionals during the membership application and renewal process through Zen Desk, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Data Management:
  Accurately enter and maintain member information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  Competency with modern business software applications, including Excel, CRM systems, and Zen Desk.

• Industry Knowledge: A background working in the outdoors or in the outdoor industry is a plus.
