Service and Billing Executive

What you’ll do:

• Perform all the relevant new customer checks and open new accounts and set the customer up to access the relevant products;
• Apply pricing and fees to customers account schedules;
• Check documentation is complete, quality check manual invoices that have been keyed and approve them in the system;
• Act on account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch whilst always ensuring relevant documentation is available;
• Check expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and update our system accordingly;
• Investigate queries through to resolution and fix the cause;
• Follow internal and external audit requirements;
• Identify process or system improvements;
• Update process documentation;
• Partner with colleagues in the Service and Billing Team and other teams;

• Bachelor's Degree
• +1 years of experience on similar role
• Experience in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Advanced written and spoken English
