With divisions focusing on MICE, Leisure travel, Luxury travel and Golf travel, we are dedicated to providing prompt, accurate, creative and personalized service to ensure unforgettable journeys for our travellers.

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Inbound Groups and Incentives Consultant at SW Africa Destination Management. The role involves managing inbound groups and incentive travel, coordinating logistics, developing customized travel packages, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. While the main location is in Cape Town, some remote work is acceptable.

• Experience in inbound groups and incentive travel coordination
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Knowledge of Southern and Eastern Africa travel destinations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems and travel booking platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
