Outlook Expeditions is on a mission to inspire young people through life-changing expedition experiences — and we’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for exceptional service and meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our organisation, supporting parents, students, and partners with their enquiries. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes, supporting our Sales and Programme teams for examples in creating sales support materials or coordinating student webinars, and generally helping to ensurethe

• Primary responsibility:
  Managing our customer service inbox and phone line
• Supporting our Sales and Expedition Programme teams with admin and launch materials
• Coordinating webinars and customer communications
• Tracking overdue payments and communicating with customers
• Maintaining accurate data and producing reports
• Managing our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)

• Primaryrequirement: A customer-focused communicator with excellent people skills
• Someone confident with systems, data, and digital tools
• Experience in managing social media for a business or other organisation
• A proactive, organised team player who enjoys variety
• Someone who can work independently and take ownership
• Experience in the outdoor education or the expedition sectors would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
